During the testing period, the first portion of each task is free as a preview, after which the base rate is $2 per 100,000 source characters. Which kinds of files are prone to translation errors?

There are generally two kinds. For txt: files copied directly from web pages that have many forced line breaks by character count within paragraphs (e.g. a forced break every 20 characters) may not be processed correctly. For epub: epub files converted from other formats, especially PDF, may fail to be processed correctly because the format is too complex. It's best to use well-formed txt and native epub files. If the translated file you receive is broken or corrupted, you can contact the admin for a refund. Before starting a task, we also recommend using the preview function first to check whether the file can be processed correctly.
